No, the system needs to be installed on your server before you can start using it. We host your account on our server only for the trial period. All data that you add to the system during trial will be deleted after it expires. |
| What are the typically recommended packages? |
If your company is not too much involved into everyday communication activities (i.e. when you mostly deal with application development and communicate only from time to time), it will be enough for you to purchase AceManagement package for all your employees and add 3-4 LiveCom concurrent user accounts. However, if you are a professional consulting agency dealing mith many customers, you will typically need at least 10 concurrent LiveCom users to be added on top of AceManagement module. |
| Can I purchase LiveCom module separately? |
No, LiveCom features are only available for registered users of AceManagment. However, for those who want to use only project management features corresponding AceManagement licenses are offered. |

| How can my customers/contractors use AceRP? |
You can create separate accounts in AceRP for all your customers/contractors/investors and assign them to certain projects or activities with corresponding roles, rights and permissions. Instead of creating your own roles you can use preset ones in AceRP. For instance, you can pick Customer role for your clients which grants them rights to participate in discussions, view their project stats, accept or reject project reports, approve additional tasks and hours, etc. |
| How many people can use the system simultaneously? |
The number of concurrent system users is limited according to your AceRP package type. Please, contact our Customer Care Representative to explore the available corporate packages. |
| Can I use AceRemoteProject if my company's business area is not related to IT? |
Of course you can. You can either use standard set of features for managing your industry-specific projects or order custom features at our company. Please, refer for a competent advice on AceRP customization to our Customer Care Representative. |
| Can I store LiveCom meeting records on my PC? |
Yes, in addition to storing meeting records on server you can keep them locally on your PC. This option can be enabled through LiveCom Client menu. |
| Are there any manuals or tutorials available? Do you provide live or email support? |
Together with AceRemoteProject we supply self-running demos, clickable tutorials, installation and user manuals, built-in help system. In addition to the mentioned above we provide free ticket-based online support and offer live end-user help and system installation assistance based on additional request. |
| Will new features be added? |
Yes, definitely, we will develop our system and add new features claimed in the road map. The priority is as always based on our clients' requests - the most frequently asked features will be added first. AceRemoteProject customers will get the updates for free during the term of use of the license (12 months). |
| Can you assisst me with installation of AceRP on my servers? |
Yes, we can install all AceRP modules on your servers based on your request. This is a paid service, however, very inexpensive - all works will cost you $50. |
